My PC won't boot anymore. I transported it and now nothing. When I press the power button the CPU fan and Power Supply fans work but nothing else. The red motherboard standby light stays red while not on and while the power is on. I noticed that when I power on, that the keyboards num, etc. lights flash for a moment, then nothing. The hard drive and power leds on the case don't work anymore and the buttons on the keyboard don't work either. There are no beeps or anything visual. The monitor stays in standymode. I also noticed that when the PC is on or off, the monitor power led briefly flickers. I tried a different Power Supply and different video card but no difference. I also noticed that the CD drives won't open. This is a friends computer that I was going to tweak XP for her and now it won't work!!!!!! HELP!!

It is an Aopen MK73LE-N motherboard with 512mb RAM and an Athlon CPU

I fixed it. I had to unplug the power supply, unplug the power supply from the motherboard and clear the CMOS.
