I press the power button to turn it on and the front panel lights flash for 1000th of a second and the beep is so short because the computer turns on and off so fast. Anyways, tried to remove the battery, disconnect some power connnectors. When I did and turned it on it came on and it let out this 10 second long beep and then turned off again. It sounds like a PSU issue but I wanted to make sure first. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
