Hi,

I have a problem where my pc is stuck at start up on the first screen where there is options to hit Tab to go to POST setting or DEL to go to BIOS. however, nothing works, and the screen remains stuck there.

I have tried to clear CMOS jumper setting, and also tried removing the CMOS battery. All this to no avail.

Can someone help? What else can I try? My pc running on Windows XP.

If it's not a keyboard problem:
Try disconnecting devices from the motherboard, one at a time. Hopefully you will discover that one of them is causing the problem.
