I'm attempting to stream a football game from my laptop, onto my TV. I got it working fine, but the screen size exactly the same size as my laptop screen. How can I set it to stretch to the size of my TV screen?

That isn't streaming my friend, but I know what you mean.

The picture is same size as your laptop because the display resolution setting in Windows is the same. Currently it's set up for laptop's screen size.

You need to increase the display resolution in Windows so it matches the size & shape of your TV screen.

Please excuse my improper terminology. That's the only word seemingly appropriate word I could think of. I was streaming the game, and using the TV as a display.

I already tried that. I turned the resolution all the way up, but all it did was increase the video quality. The screen size stayed that same.

You may have to go into the setting on your TV and set the option to zoom or fill screen. Is your TV one of the new 4k resolutions?

No, it's not. I believe it's just 1080p HD.

I looked for that sort of thing in the settings but I couldn't find anything. It may be a seperate function on the remote, and not in the settings menu.

Yeah probably a function you get to on the remote. It might also be under aspect ratio, I think it is on my LG.
