I have a m2n sli mobo, with 4 gb or ram, a geforce 9500 sli gaphics card, a generic 450 watt power supply, with a athlon x2 6000+ processor. I was on my PC when my cat decided to jump yp on my desk and pull a 4 pin out of my cd rom drive causing it to shutdown. I tried to restart my computer and everything comes on. My fans, lights, drives, and the mobo light is on, but it wont post or boot up. There are no processor beeps or anything. I tried removing the battery for about 3 minutes and putting it back in and still nothing. i dont understand how it would fry anything. the psu i have in it said on the box that it had surge protection or whatever. although before the accident i would get random blue screens while playing WoW, but i dont think that has anything to do with this. please help.
