hello in normal times when i turn my pc on all the fans power on in full speed (a little noisy) for about 2-3 seconds and then the pc will post and startup what happens now is the computer starts the fans start but after a few seconds when the pc should post it shuts down , then after a few more seconds it turns on the fans start again and it shuts down again and so on and so on , i have tried unplugging the video card but the same thing happens only with a loud peep noise ( probably because the video card is unplugged) my specs are :
gigabyte aurora 570 case
asus en8800 gt 512mb video card
1050w real ezcool power supply
gigabyte gax38t-dq6 motherboard
2x WD 500gb HD's
2x 2g kit ddr2 1066 ocz ram
q6600 core2 quad intel procesor

The fact you get a bios beep error when the graphics card is removed indicates the CPU is OK. It may be either a powersupply issue or a CPU overheat problem that is causing it to shutdown instead of completing the boot cycle.
Disconnect all drives, remove any USB devices and PCI cards. Leave in only one stick of ram plus keyboard & graphics. See if you can boot up into BIOS. If it still cycles then remove the CPU, Clean off old thermal compound and apply fresh. If it still cycles then you have narrowed the problem to either powersupply or motherboard.

Never heard of EZcool but the specs look reasonable. Since you have all those +12v rails, make sure the load is spread around, not concentrated on one or two rails:

Other than that, check your CPU for overheating. Make sure the HSF is securely fastened & that you didn't use too much or too little thermal paste.
