ur specs indicate u have windows 7 and an AMD athlon dual core @3 GHz
what abt ur power supply? ur video card? download speedfan monitor the temperatures at idle and when u game.
the first thing to suspect is the power supply
so post its specs along with the video card

Try to re-seat your ram, by taking the ram out of the slots and putting them back in. Your motherboard has integrated video, so take out your video card and hook up your monitor to the on-board video. Try this out

- Turn off the Win7 automatic restart feature.
- Check your CPU temp to see if it's overheating.
- Test your RAM with memtest86 or memtest86+.
- Get a decent video card, the 210 is not good for gaming.
