PC powers on but no beeps from motherboard

Specs: Windows XP
PC powers on but no beeps from motherboard, no power led, no hdd led, fails to boot, monitor doesn’t on, SMPS fans and processor fan are spinning. Optical drives open and close. Removed all ram apart from slot 1, unplugged all drives, unplugged power cord and pressed power button to discharge any power. Unplugged power cord, led cord, reset cord, hdd led cord and plugged. Nothing works.

Motherboard: G31
Processor: Intel DC
Mouse: zebronics
Keyboard: zebronics
Monitor: Acer

Everything was working fine since last 2 year.

The case & everything in it is known as a computer, not a CPU. A processor is a CPU. Your CPU is an "Intel DC". You have a hardware problem, not a CPU problem.

Since you called your power supply an SMPS, that means you're probably from India. India is notorious for having cheap/garbage power supplies. That is what you should be looking at. Buy a brand name replacement (Antec, Cooler Master, Corsair, Thermaltake, etc) & be prepared to pay for quality. Stay away from garbage like iBall, Hytec, PowerSafe, Zebronics, etc.
