PC Monitor as CCTV monitor

Hello, I have a CRT 17" Monitor that has the standard Blue VGA connector lead. I would like to connect it to a CCTV quad processor that has a single Video (Phono/RCA) out socket. Could any of you guys let me know if this is possible with the aid of some sort of adaptor/connector to convert the video signal from the RCA video lead to the VGA plug. If so, I can't seem to find one anywhere! I'm in the UK. Ebay/Maplin don't seem to cater for this type of connectivity. I am aware most monitors are off/standby by default until connected to a source so i'd need something to switch it on but unsure of the pin-out. Any help appreciated.

Cheers for that, price is a bit steep. I didnt think there was much technology and power involved in the conversion, obviously I was wrong! Probably cheaper to use an old portable TV with a scart adaptor. Thanks again.
