PC IS POWERING UP, BUT THERE IS NO DISPLAY ON THE DESKTOP SCREEN

I was just using my PC Desktop yesterday and it was working GREAT. I unplugged my computer and moved it to my new house. I'm not 100% sure that I plugged it back correctly, but I think I did.

The PC Desktop now turns on, but there is no display on the desktop screen. There is a message in a box that bounces around that says ("check &$##% cable") I don't remember exactly what it says...Does anyone know what I should do...I really need help ASAP. I have unplugged it twice and took my time replugging it back and it still is the same. I tried researching online to find a diagram or something on this on the internet and didn't find much. Thanks for your help and suggestions.

You need to make sure the VGA cable is plugged in.

In the link, the VGA is bottom right, your pc might be slightly different.

Google rear of pc, images.
If you are sure its plugged in correctly, perhaps your graphics card has come loose.

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.
