When There Is No More Room In Hell, The Dead Will Walk The Earth.

Is this a new problem or was this why you just reformatted ??
What kind of power supply are you using ?? 12V rail amperage ??

I suspect the PSU as well. But you can try these:
- change the setting under System Properties > Advanced > Startup & Recovery > System Failure...uncheck the box next to "Automatically restart"
- test your RAM using memtest86
http://www.memtest86.com/#download0
- make sure to install the latest motherboard chipset drivers. Since you don't list the board model, I can help ya there. But have a look at the QDI site:

power supply 5 ,3.3 and 12v 330w.It seems good.It Never Even Heates.I see no problem in power supply.could it be dust in the proccesor area????
When There Is No More Room In Hell, The Dead Will Walk The Earth.

All power supplies have +3.3v, +5v, & +12v lines. 330W is borderline, but it's the AMPERAGE that's important! Open your case & check the label on the side of the PSU...how many amps are listed for the +12v?

A failing power supply will cause many of the symtoms you are speaking of...
Dust on the heatsink near the processor will usually cause overheating since it stops the cooling circulation.
You could download Motherboard Monitor for free and see if the cpu is overheating.
These symtoms could also be ram but I would
suspect a failing power supply. You could always buy one, most stores let you return them such as Best Buy. Take it back if it does not solve the issue.
BTW it pays to buy a good power supply not a cheapy.
If you lift it and it is heavy then it is a good one.
Antec is one of the best but expensive.Comp usa just had one on sale with a 30.00 rebate which I bought so 59.99 when all is done.
Good Luck
