Left my PC on the other night ..woke up to find it completly dead. Will not restart at all. Changed power cables , but no joy.

I assume it's the power supply but could it be anything else ?

If ABSOLUTELY noting is happening then i am fairly sure it is the power supply, do you have any indications on the motherboard i.e. leds, fans spinning, any signs of life at all?

Hi,
Ok you did check to see if the outlet is working? LOL I had to ask. Most likely if fan on power supply isnt working then probaly probaly power supply is toast. Maybe you had a power surge during the night. If its plugged into a surge protecter check that.

Yup if nothing is happening even inside the psu then it is almost definately duff. Do as mohn says though and check the outlet.
