A did also read about a master password, is there someone in this World who knows it, or who knows how I can solve my problem.

Supposedly there is no master password as the existance of one would comprimise the entire security system.

IF you can prove you are the legitimate owner of the laptop Dell should be able to help you in some manner.

If you are NOT the legitimate owner then stop posting questions about it here as it would be against forum rules to assist you even if we knew how.

What password are you talking about? Bios? Hard Drive? Login? Is this your computer? If so, why don't you know the password?
