There's nothing really wrong with the way you partitioned, but I don't know why you formatted the way you did.
If your C: partition is getting used up, you're apparently not installing your programs onto the D: partition. And I'm guessing that you also have a lot of files in your "My Documents" folder? Move them to D.

I agree with Jam. Start installing software in a folde on the D: drive. You can move your 'My Documents' folder with Tweakui. It is a free download. After installing and starting it, Find the 'My Computer' > 'Special Folders' option. There you will be able to move several of the System folders, including 'My Documents'. Fist copy the 'My Documents' folder to the D: drive and then I suggest making a backup of it on CDs or DVDs.
You do make backups, right?
Then tell tweakui to move the location. Then after you are sure everything is ok you can delete the My Documents folder on C:.

If you don't want to move all files, your could resize your partition using a program such as partition magic. Its better though to just move the files and start installing apps on D:

Thank you all for your suggestions.I'am going to keep the partitions as is.With a little moving around and when starting new programs, putting them on D: Will work. Thanks again.
