" using win98,win millenium & win nt by using fdisk command it donot make any partition"

I know little about Win NT.

Not enough infomation.
What do you mean by that statement? - supply some detail.
What size is the hard drive and the partitions you want to make?
If you want more than one partition on a hard drive, where on the hard drive do you want the 98 or ME partition to be? (there are limitations).

Win 98/98SE have a bug in the original Fdisk.
Fdisk in Win 98, 98SE cannot recognize a hard drive larger than ~64 gig without an update, if it hasn't been installed. What Fdisk will see in those cases is e.g. ~80 - 64 = ~16 gig (or ~120 - 64 = ~56 gig). If your drive is larger than ~64 gig, this is what you need. Get the update here:
http://download.microsoft.com/downl...
If you use a Startup disk to Fdisk the hard drive, you must copy the updated Fdisk from Windows to the floppy. If you boot/install Windows from the Win 98/98SE CD, you cannot Fdisk/Format a hard drive larger than 64 gig - use the Startup disk with updated Fdisk instead.

The update is supposed to be installed on a working Win 98 or 98SE computer. If you don't have that, you can get the updated Fdisk.exe on the web. In it's Properties it's size is 64,460 bytes, and it's date was originally 5/18/00 (depending on where you get it from the date may be something else - the right one is 64,460 bytes).

In addition, Format in 98/98SE has cosmetic bugs - e.g. the size it states it is formatting to appears to be incorrect if the drive is a above a certain size, but the Format will complete successfuly and be the right size.

I don't believe you can Fdisk and Format a drive larger than 128gb in 98/98SE/ME (137gb manufacturer's size), but if you use another program such as a hard drive manufacturer's drive prepartion utility, you can use the program to partition a drive larger than that FAT32 and format it, and 98/98SE/ME will recognize it fine.

"...it shows a dump memory screen...."

You can often get memory dumps from errors reading the ram.

A common thing that can happen with ram that worked fine previously is the ram has developed a poor connection in it's slot(s).

See response 2 in this - try cleaning the contacts on the ram modules, and making sure the modules are properly seated:

If this is a laptop, you must remove both its main battery and AC adapter before you do that.

How large is the drive and exactly what messages are displayed when you use fdisk?
