Comment:

I have a Fujifilm AS-1 Scanner connected to my laptop using a Parallel to USB cable.

The problem I have is that the Twain driver I have installed is looking for the scanner on LPT1.

Is there any way to get this to work by somehow creating an LPT1 port and redirecting the USB data to it ?

Any help appreciated.

The question is this, does the driver for the scanner support WinXP? If not, then I don't think anything will help.

I was curious as I have had similiar issues with old scanners.

Try Googling the "fujifilm AS-1 scanner". You will get lots of useful hits.
