Hi:
Can anybody help me, I hope so this problem is driving me nuts.

Anyway I've just bought a dvd rewriter and I've recorded a couple of home movies onto discs using dvd shrink 3.2 and Imgtool and they worked fine on both my dvd player and laptop.

Until the day, had to buy new discs, I thought I'd buy the same type as before as I knew they'd work Memorex DVD+RW . So I recorded onto the new discs and loaded them into my dvd player, a panasonic dvd-rv32 and I got the message "No Disc."

The only difference between the discs is the write speeds, the first ones I bought were 1-2x and the new ones are 1-4x which to my mind should not make a difference.

Anyway, the most annoying part of it is, the discs work perfectly in every other dvd player, I've tried, why, I am using incompatable software to burn to the disc or something, please help!

Thanx

timefordvd indicates DVD-R as the disc to use. Use prodisc or toyo yuedin or verbatim or tdk brands. Buy small till you get what your player finctions well with.
