Hello,
I just added an extra stick of 128 MB memory in our dell poweredge server which makes a total of 256 MB in the server. I was looking at the page file size and currently it's listed as 128 MB.
It says that 128 MB is the initial size and 178 is the maximum size. But it also says the recommended size is 267 MB. Should I change the page file size to the recommended amount? Is it possible for me to change it to this amount? Any help would be much appreciated.

If you're using Win2K: go to my computer, advanced, performance options, virtual memory, set your paging file size here. A conservative paging file setting for your memory is 256MB. A little more wont hurt.
