This is actually a reply to a old, closed thread, in case it might still be useful:

I have a Packard-Bell SK-2300H keyboard (which has a row of (10 + 2) additional keys along the top.

I, too, tried hard to locate drivers for XP but to no avail.

I have just found the freeware "HotkeyP" (currently available from http://www.filetransit.com/download... which can a) identify the key when pressed and b) re-assign functions to them.

This has solved my problem and I can use these extra keys again (once I can remember what some of the pictures below the keys were supposed to mean!)
