OS: XP PRO
CPU/Ram: Intel
Model/Manufacturer: HP Pavilion M7680N
Comment:
I attempted to update the BIOS on this Asus P5BW-LA from inside Windows XP. The system sat for 90 minutes and appeared to be hung so I turned off the machine. On reboot I get a BIOS failure message and a halt. I don't know what went wrong. Is there a jumper on this board that will allow me to reset the BIOS? If not what can I do??? Thanks!

Where did you get the BIOS file from? I doubt the BIOS file for the HP is the same as a stand alone Asus board.
