the p+ p- led connectors from the case, cant find anything to match to connect to the motherboard, 1 pin each.

Possibly an LED for the hard drive? If it is not marked any further than you have posted then it probably can be used for anything that would use an LED. The + & - are marked because connecting the polarity backward on an LED results in the LED not working.

You don't have to connect that LED if you have nothing to monitor.
