I have one of those floppies that came with a Seagate drive which will set the drive up for you. However, all you need is a file that ends in .OVL from the Seagate site. (You put the file on c:\ and put DEVICE=???.OVL in the config.sys where ??? is the filename you download.) With this file loaded you have to boot to C: to use FDISK or put a config.sys with the line in it on your boot disk.

If you can't get the disk manager at the above Seagate site, try This seagate site
