I just installed a printer for two users. It is connected via USB to one computer and shared through our network to the other user. Both users can print just fine, but anytime the user that is using the shared connection to the printer tries to print something out of Outlook 2010, it tries to print to tray 1 which is a manual feed paper tray which means the user must either press a button on the printer to make it take paper from tray 2 or they must put paper in the manual feed tray 1.

Tray 1 = Manual feed (contains no paper)
Tray 2 = Default tray (contains paper)

Am I missing something somewhere? On the shared connection user, I changed all of the settings I could find to make the printer defualt to Tray 2 but still no luck. Any Ideas???

✔ Best Answer
Did you look at the settings in Outlook itself? Try sending a print job from the computer/Outlook. Use the File/ print method and view the printer settings there.
