What can I do with a Dell Optiplex 760 that doees'nt recognize any flash memory nor wireless usb card

check the BIOS to make sure the USB ports are turned on.

Yes the USB ports are turn on and some items like an external harddrive does work it is just with the Flash memory, the thing is I have to configure every memory in order to use it, I never seen such a problem.
