The problem is the computer is not recognizing that it is formatted and that could mean a problem with the reader or its connection. You may need to try it on another computer.

Or the card has been damaged. If you put it back in the camera are the pictures still there?

Might try photorec or testdisk.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?

There's usually two ways to get the pics off the camera: Remove the SD card and connect it to a computer, which is what you're doing. Or, connect the camera directly to the computer. In that case you may need a proprietary USB cable and software, both provided by the camera manufacturer. It looks like you need to try the second method.

Probably a stupid question but are you sure you're saving the pictures on the card? The camera will have some internal memory. Maybe the pics are there instead of the card. You'll know if when you remove the card the pictures still show on the camera.

i tried all tht... when i connect wit the cable nothing shows up on the computer... i'm sure i saved it on the memory card cuz the internal memory can only save abt 16 pics..

From #3:
"when i put it in the camera also i cant see the pics..."

Then how do you know the pictures are on there?

Oh gee, I misread that. I thought you COULD see the pics on the camera. You're probably screwed unless some recovery software can find them. I know there's recovery software that's supposed to work on memory cards but I have no recommendation.

As I said I have no recommendations but here's a google search that turns up quite a bit of info:

You might also try starting a new thread asking if anyone has recommendations for recovery software.
