onboard lan problem

CPU/Ram: 2.8ghz/512mb

i can not able to install onboard lan driver.when i put m/b cd ,there is no option for lan driver in that very system. and same way when i put this m/b cd in other system, i got option for lan driver.moreover i can't find lan driver(realteak8139)in device manager but i can find this driver in add& remove program and also in system information in system tool.i check bios ,try re installation (first removing from add@remove program).system is also giving"windows can't find this file EKSPLORASI.exe. type correct name and search for file" after starting windows.
is there possibilities of virus ?
plz help me out

i have mercury m/b.i have mine old sata hdd(80gb) because my os get hang ,with 40gb pata hdd.my problem is that this hdd contain linux & xp.i can
run linx but when i start xp it get rebooted.wat sh

Hey buddy, try this link, the drivers on the disc may be old or something. http://support.asus.com/download/do... If thats not your motherboard just search for the one you got.

that driver cd is the origanal m\b cd of that very system. and m/b.i also checked bios setting(it is enable for onboard lan).
what about cd's content(not showing lan driver when it autoplay) that is not showing on that very system but it is showiing in another system of same config.
is it something problem of virus ????
