Are you using a USB keyboard? If you don't have "USB legacy support" enabled in the BIOS, you're going to have to switch to a PS/2 keyboard. Once you get into the BIOS using the PS/2 keyboard, you can enable USB legacy, then switch back to your USB keyboard again later.
