hi,
does anyone know if/how its possible to get the on board graphics port of a motherboard to work as a secondary display in conjunction with a pci/pci-e/agp graphics card?
A lot depends on the motherboard it is plugged into. It is might be possible with a PCI card, depends on the BIOS. Quite impossible with AGP. Might be possible with PCI-E.
wow.. soo dev.. as it turns out my mobo doesnt even have onboard graphics lol.. its a fairly new board too but i guess its the kind of board under the presumption that the buyer has a seperate card for the job. (has both AGP and PCI-e slots)
sorry for wasting anyones time, though if anyone has anything furth to suggest for those with a simmilar question, a reply might still be a good idea.
