Did you delete one of several printer icons in Devices and Printers?

Do you also have the printer connected by USB or network cable?

When you check in Devices and Printers, how many printer icons appear?

Yes, I finally deleted a copy of my printer. The printer is connected wirelessly. I now have one printer icon and when I go to the icon, right click on see what is printing and click on printer and then the box with printer offline is checked.

✔ Best Answer
Can you access the mass storage functions of the printer from your computer?

Have you rebooted the computer since removing the printer icon in Devices and Printers?

Test print was generated from the computer?

I have an Epson wireless all in one printer and it shows in Devices and Printers twice. Once as the printer and again as multiple storage device.

Perhaps you need to re-install the printer by removing the printer from Devices and Printers and then installing it as a wireless device without rebooting in between. You may need to make some IP address decisions during that process. Follow your manual. Reboot after re-installing.
