Occasionally I am getting some screen flicker at bootup and it carries over into windows startup. Sometimes completely ruining graphics of GUI. I have tried multiple monitors and it is the same on all. I am using the on board Video adapter and am not sure whats causing it. I upgraded to a 550w power supply, thinking that could be an issue....but it is still doing it. I ran some memory tests and the ram seems to be ok also. Any thoughts as to what the problem could be, or where to start testing?? Thanks,

If it's happening during POST as well as in Windows, it has to be a hardware issue. Most likely the graphics chip is going bad. The cheapest fix would be to get a video card.
