nvidia resolution problem

Specs: Windows XP
i have nvidia 201,my pc suddenly restart and now graphic card show only one resolution 800 by 600 at 16 bit .no other option
i tried all thing
1)update my driver
2)format my pc re-install all thing
3)Right-click the desktop
Go to properties

4)Uninstall the video drivers, then reinstall the using latest driver

but nothing work ..it shows only one resolution option..is it hardware problem or software??

It's a driver problem. What's an "nvidia 201"? Do you mean NVIDIA Geforce 210?

All it could possibly be is the driver. Install it & reboot. When you get back into Windows, right click on the desktop, click Properties, click the Settings tab, adjust the resolution, then click Apply.

What's the make/model of your monitor? If you have a notebook or netbook, the driver I linked to in my other response won't work. You'll need this one:

i try create custom resolution ..then it say

test successful.custom resolution 1200*600 at 60hz has been applied

do you want to save the resolution?

i click on yes but it not save

The correct resolution for your monitor is 1366 x 768.
