"my driver version now is 310 beta"
If you use beta software or beta drivers you are bound to get problems.

Do not use beta drivers, they are for testing purposes only and are likely to be "buggy" and unstable. Remove the beta version and install a finished & stable version.

Then post here if you still have problems with it.

Don't know if you're running Win7 32-bit or 64-bit, but you need more RAM. And you should be using one of these nvidia drivers:

32-bit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebo...

64-bit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebo...

The 32-bit OS will limit how much RAM you can use. Assuming you have a single 2GB stick, if you were to install another 2GB, only 3.0-3.5GB will be recognized. It's explained here:

http://www.crucial.com/support/reco...

According to Crucial, your laptop can accept up to 8GB (2 x 4GB):

http://www.crucial.com/upgrade/Acer...

If it were my system, I'd install Win7 64-bit, 8GB RAM, & use the official nvidia driver (not a beta) that I posted a link to in response #2. You can get 8GB at newegg for just $30. You should be able to sell your 2GB stick for about $10.

"i wil upgrade to 4gb and which will become total 6gb"

If you stick with Win7 32-bit, only 3.0-3.5GB of that 6GB will be recognized & useable.
