I just installed a new Nvidia Geforce FX 5900TX 128 DDR on a PC with 450 Watts. after windows XP start up, there a popup message saying that the graphic card is not recieving sufficient power. so the graphic card change to lower running mode automatically. could anyone help me, with this problem? thanks

Sound like you forgot to connect the additional molex power connector to your card!
It's the same like the ones used to power your optical drives. On the end of the card should be a connector for it!

Yeh, I did the same with my previous 5900 XT and got a similar message. Without the power supply to the card, the fan also didn't work so I sorted it pretty rapid before thermal damage took place.
