If you can't hold your finger on it more than 2 sec. it's probably too hot. I'm assuming your card doesn't have a fan (MX usually doesn't). So touch the Heatsink to get an idea of how hot it is. As far as how hot should it get? If your noticing problems in your games or normal display modes, than heat may be a problem. Other than that i don't know what else too say. There are no thermal probs on the card to read temps, so i don't know what kind of numbers are too hot.
