Used to have an M64. Was faulty. Replaced under warranty. Replacement faulty. Upgrade to Geforce. Problem solved.

www.guru3d.com/files/ is a good place to go for all the latest drivers for your card. It may help to download Detonator Destroyer from this site and us it to eliminate ALL of your old Nvidia driver files before going ahead and installing the latest Win ME compatable drivers.
