Does anyone have any info on this chip? I heard that its like twice as fast as the ATI 9700.

I personally think that a card above the ti4200 is not necessary.

i hear it will debut soon but wont be available untill 1st qtr of next year

so expect to see lots of stuff soon about how good it is or not

Well, until they come up with a way for a game to totally load into the physical memory, and never have to access the hard drive (like game cartridges do) faster graphics cards are a waste of time.

My hard drive is running like mad and just about keeping up with some games (odd stutter here and there on the latest ones and I have Radeon 9000pro with ATA100 7200rpm drive and 2000 XP cpu (oh and 512 ddr333).
