[copyboot.tmp c:\] it should be [copy boot.tmp c:/ ] put a space between copy and boot. But it will not work if the hdd file system is NTFS. The posted boot.ini file is for partition #2 not for partiton #1. Post the exact error message and if the hdd is NTFS or FAT32 file system. To fix problem will likely need to boot to the recovery console.
