I have a problem with my CDRW. I want to write some files to it and I put in a blank disk and do what I am asked and than when I go to write the files to the disk it asks for a disk tobe inserted in the drive, well there is one in there already. Went to control panel and check the drive and it says it is working. How do I fix this. I change the disks and get the same thing. This drive has been working fine up until a week ago.
We up dated all drivers and checked all the cables and even replaced one. We uninstalled the drive and reinstalled it and did the check on the motherboard and everything came back as working with no problems detected.
