Hi,
I just got a new HDD, a Maxtor DiamondMax10 Sata300...
I left my old one (IDE 160GB) as primary IDE master.. then put my new Sata HDD in SATA 1, In BIOS it's detected as the Third Primary master...
So i booted up but it won't appear in explorer.. why? It's detected in BIOS and even in device mannager but not in explorer :(

Needs to be partitioned and formatted before explorer will see it. Use Disk Management tool Start> Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management
