You've only got 128 meg of ram in that thing? Forget about installing windows 7 or vista or XP. Well maybe XP.

Are you certain the DVD drive is good? And you're sure it's a DVD drive and not just a CDROM? Do the bootable DVD and flash drive boot on other computers?

What happens when you try booting from those devices?

With some bios' the boot device has to also be enabled and not just first in the boot order. If that's the case it'll usually have a checkmark by it if it's enabled. Check bios setup in the motherboard manual if you're not sure.
