not all my ram is not showing up

On board video is the normal cause for that. Not likely but it could be a problem with the RAM stick.

503 seems a strange number for on-board video. I would expect 512 - 16, 32, 64 or 128.
512-503 is only 9 Mbs. I would be leaning more towards a memory error.

memory error seems likely, try a memtest program and check for errors. You could also check your BIOS and see if it displays the correct amount of RAM.
