noisy graphic card

I have a G-Force FX-5500 PCI. A couple of weeks ago (after dusting my computer) it started making a funny noise when I start my computer. It sounds like a car with a dead battery. It only happens when I first start it up. After everything is finished loading, the sound stops. I think it is the fan on my graphic card that is making the noise. Can just the fan be replaced or could it be something else?

Did you dust the fan off? Don't allow the can of air to spin those fans faster than they are supposed to turn. Can weaken the bearings. Check the fan again and see if there is a wire hitting the fan. You can change out the fan.
