Noise from somewhere on MB

I have a noise that sounds like a knocking coming from somewhere on the motherboard. It's not constant and I can't figure out where it's coming from. It doesn't appear to be coming from the hard drives and I stopped the fans to rule them out. If it's helpful I have an Asus P4PE motherboard.

Just where else in a PC are there moving parts? Fans or drives. that's it. There is a fan in the powersupply. Could that be it?
I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.

Hard Drives make noise too as they have a disk inside which actually spins. check all your power leads to make certain they are bundled properly (sometimes a wire night be laying on a fan motor or actually touching the fan blades).

Thanks for the help. I found what it is. It's the fan on my video card. Not sure if the fan can be replaced or if I need to replace the card.
