no video output, no cmos cant boot

Specs: Windows XP, 2GIG
new mb and power supply.,
bat tested but no cmos , fans run, lights front back light up. disk drive spins, cmos cleared, video cards switched, keyboard switched, ram switched
when booted up no cmos data .. monitor "no video"

can not boot

So if your getting "NO POST" on a new build, and you have swapped everything already. Your CPU or Mainboard may be defective. Also make sure that the memory that you are using is supported.
