No Video on TV??

My Windows XP Professional computer has an ATI Radeon 7000/Readeon VE 64MB video card with TV-Out feature, but when I play video in Windows Media Player 9 or DVD in PowerDVD 6, I couldn't see the video on the TV. Other than that, everything is able to see on the TV. Does anyone know what is wrong with this?
