2. why did you attempt to reset the BIOS using the clear CMOS jumper? Did you mess with the BIOS settings just prior to the "no video" issue? If not, the BIOS is NOT your problem.
3. did you mess with the memory or the processor just prior to the "no video" issue? If not, there was no need to mess with them now.
No beep at startup indicates a problem with the power supply, motherboard or processor. Just because fans spin & LEDs light up, it doesn't mean the power supply is good. All it means is that it's putting out enough power to spin some fans & light some LEDs. You need to troubleshoot some more.
