No video no Input....

Specs: Windows 7, 4 GB DDR2 Ram
I've brought a Intel Core 2 Quad DG31PR Classic Series , about 2 n half or 3 years later.... but now it's just dead, After powering ON the pc, it works fine but shows no video and dont have any input.i have checked all the cables.there is not any kind of beeps heard .I have tried the following....
1. Trying to update bios from usb pen drive but it is not reading the pen drive..
2. Removed the jumper and the CMOS n then tried but nothing happened same result...
3. ReSeated the memory,processor but nothing happened...... Pls Help me out ..... Thanks in Advance....

1. how can you upgrade the BIOS if there's no video? The BIOS is NOT your problem.

2. why did you attempt to reset the BIOS using the clear CMOS jumper? Did you mess with the BIOS settings just prior to the "no video" issue? If not, the BIOS is NOT your problem.

3. did you mess with the memory or the processor just prior to the "no video" issue? If not, there was no need to mess with them now.

No beep at startup indicates a problem with the power supply, motherboard or processor. Just because fans spin & LEDs light up, it doesn't mean the power supply is good. All it means is that it's putting out enough power to spin some fans & light some LEDs. You need to troubleshoot some more.
