No video detected on my PC

Specs: Windows XP PRO, Core2Duo 3.0ghz / 2 GB RAM
I have a Custom built friend's PC. He said it was running very slow. I removed all cords, RAM, Graphics card, and power supply like I always do to help figure out what is wrong because it had no signs of a software, malware, disk too full, or virus problem. After reinstalling everything back into its originall spot, I get no video at all. The fans all spin, I can tell the system booted because after a few seconds I have to hold the power button in for it power down, No heating problems, no error beeps, and no blinking lights. Everything seems fine except no video. Now I did see the little cord that has a sticker that says VGA DO NOT UNPLUG in small print. This is unplugged and don't even see a spot to plug it in.

Your problem is infront of your. You can't get a video if the VGA Cable is unplugged.
