No Sound

first of all let me list the specs:
Ram: 1024 DDR II 240 pin Mobo: Nvidia geforce6100sm-m HD: 160gb western digital Video: nvidia geforce 6100 2d/3d graphic engine () PS: 450 watts Audio: AUDIO ADI AD1888 6-channel audio CODEC
I have installed all the drivers i could think of. The computer came without operating system so i installed that, then i installed the drivers for the mobo (disk & manual came with computer)...Everything is running fine other then this..
It should tell you which audio adapter you have. Then you can find the driver for it.

Yes sir ure post was right on...i thought i already instealled the audio driver but in reality drivers for sound, video, etc have to be run seperatly from the cd and doesnt install all at once.
Thanks a lot...now watchin movies is a litte more interesting...
