Your monitor speaker is connected with a cable to the sound output ports. If you want to use both an external and monitor speaker you will need to get a splitter for the cable and send the signal to both.
its not what i mean.. i cant use both of them
i mean i have no sound at all... i,m not trying to use both sound in 1 timethis what i get from msinfo32

i update my driver to realtex version 215 still cant hear any sound... i think i messed something with the driver...i reall y need help
Where did you get the update? Have you used the Realtek audio manager to configure the sound ports. They won't work until you do. Do you have an Orange speaker icon in the tray by the clock? Use that to setup the ports. Your sound may also be muted.
Another possibility is your sound drivers somehow got corrupted. If that's the case, reinstalling them should correct it.
jam, whenever you update the drivers you need to reconfigure the ports.
Update the port i dunno how to do that once i uninstall and reinstall it, i juz try to olay any file in i-tune i can see the music was playing and the equalizer .. but i dunt here any sound from the speaker.. i also already try use micro and seem not working
If you see the equalizer working then you have the sound muted somewhere. If you have a sound icon in the tray open it and look for a checkmark somewhere for mute. If your keyboard has sound controls be sure they aren't muting the sound.
already done checking it and nothing was muted.. is this problem coming from my windows itself?
