No sign of power

Specs: Windows 7
I my laptop screen went blank for no reason,at that time the power supply is still working and i'm able to plugged my pc to another monitor via vga cable however i can only use my laptop via safe mode because it does boot up or start up normal mode. Leaving me with no other option i just took the battery out and unplugged the power supply overnight. Next day i replaced the battery and power supply and now everything is back to normal except my screen still black, so i took the screen apart ( i forgot to take the battery out and unplugged the power supply ) and reconnect it back again thinking it may be just loose connections. But now my laptop has no sign of power, i tried everything like taking the battery off and hold the start button for 30 seconds but no luck

You'll have to let a laptop repair technician take a look at. With no power at all it's impossible to suggest anything to try and fix it yourself.
